Aleph Kosher’s Director, Rabbi Uriel Tawil, recently participated in the annual Kashrut conference held in the United States. This event brings together experts, rabbis, and supervisors from more than 100 countries to discuss the latest improvements, technologies, and developments related to Jewish dietary laws (kashrut).
During the conference, attendees engaged in specialized training sessions, received updates on regulations, and explored new scientific advancements based on Jewish law. These innovations strengthen the precision and commitment required in kosher certification today, allowing certified companies to benefit from more rigorous, modern, and efficient supervision processes.
“It was very gratifying to be part of this gathering once again and to learn from my colleagues about their challenges and new experiences in these areas,” said Rabbi Uriel Tawil following his participation.
Aleph Kosher’s presence at this international event reinforces its commitment to excellence, continuous learning, and the implementation of global standards that ensure a reliable and high-quality certification service.
