¿When did you become certified with Aleph Kosher?
We began the certification process in April 2024, and our beers have been certified with Aleph Kosher since June 2024.
¿What motivated you to obtain kosher certification?
Our main motivation was to integrate into the Kosher community. However, during the certification process, we also realized that this certification was very beneficial for our company because it indicates that we adhere to strict standards of quality and purity, generating trust among consumers.
¿What was the certification process like? Did you encounter any challenges?
The certification process was very straightforward. We were guided and assisted throughout to make it easy.
¿How do you feel now that your company/product is kosher certified?
We feel it has been a significant step in our growth, opening us up to new consumer markets, and letting our consumers know that we operate under strict standards of quality and safety.
¿How has kosher certification impacted your brand image?
It has had a highly positive impact. We were not aware that for many people, kosher certification is a symbol of trust, and they check for certification when making purchases.
¿Have you been able to access new markets or customers thanks to the certification?
Yes, not only have we accessed new markets, but it has also given us the opportunity to expand our business by creating a new brand focused 100% on kosher consumers.
¿What did achieving kosher certification mean for you and your team?
It meant growth, knowledge, awareness in production, and overcoming challenges.
¿Would you recommend kosher certification to other companies? Why?
Yes, because we believe kosher certification gives companies a sign of trust and transparency, as well as growth in sales by expanding markets.
¿Is there anything else you would like to share about your experience with Aleph Kosher?
It’s a very beneficial experience for companies. It’s a significant challenge, primarily to maintain quality standards.
