For 15 years, at Aleph Kosher we have shown that the kosher seal is much more than a religious requirement: it is a tool for economic inclusion and global access. Today, small businesses and single mothers in countries such as Ecuador, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, and Costa Rica have been able to reach international buyers thanks to certification and the support we provide as an NGO.
From the margins to the center: real social impact
As a non-profit organization, our mission is to remove entry barriers for producers who never imagined selling beyond their borders or affording a high-level certification. We achieve this through:
- Technical guidance to adapt formulas, raw materials, and processes to kosher standards efficiently.
- Commercial mentoring to translate the seal into better pricing, access to specialized distributors, and entry into premium markets.
- Training and alliances with public and private entities that connect local supply with international demand.
In Ecuador and Colombia, we have collaborated with export promotion programs that include kosher as a differentiating factor for entering markets in the U.S., Israel, and Europe. In Mexico and Argentina, certification has become a mark of trust to meet labeling and quality requirements demanded in strategic markets.
Stories that change destinies
Every kosher seal tells a story.
A snack plant that, by improving its allergen control, secured its first contract in the U.S.
A small sauce company led by a single mother who, after adjusting her supply chain, entered international retail for the first time.
These achievements not only validate a product: they dignify work and multiply opportunities.
Our commitment for the future At Aleph Kosher, we will continue working so that more SMEs and entrepreneurs have the opportunity to open markets, generate employment, and build a future.
The kosher seal is a key. And when that key reaches those who once had the fewest opportunities, it doesn’t just open markets: it opens paths of hope.
