Aleph Kosher had the honor of participating in Alimentec | Anuga Select Colombia 2026, one of the most important food and beverage industry events in Latin America and the Caribbean, held in Bogotá, Colombia.
During the four-day exhibition, we had the opportunity to meet with business leaders, manufacturers, and company representatives interested in learning more about kosher certification and the value it brings to their products in both domestic and international markets.
The 13th edition of Alimentec concluded with outstanding results, bringing together more than 39,000 professional visitors, representatives from nearly 22 countries, and over 650 exhibitors. These figures reaffirm the event’s position as the leading platform for business, innovation, and industry knowledge in the region’s food and beverage sector.
One of the most significant milestones of this year’s edition was its official integration into the global Anuga network, recognized as the world’s largest trade fair ecosystem dedicated to food and beverages. This incorporation strengthens the event’s ability to connect producers, entrepreneurs, and buyers from Latin America and the Caribbean with new business opportunities and international markets.
For Aleph Kosher, participating in this event represented an excellent opportunity to engage with companies seeking to expand their commercial horizons and that recognize kosher certification as a strategic tool for reaching demanding consumers and gaining access to high-value markets around the world.
