Aleph Kosher now certifies tank-wash stations and bulk tanker fleets. It is a new service for carriers and wash stations that work with food and beverage plants.
Why kosher transport matters
A kosher load can lose its status if the tanker carrying it isn’t kosher. That is why many food and beverage shippers require kosher tankers and wash certificates from their carriers between loads.
Supervised kosherization and a dated, signed certificate
A wash station certified by Aleph Kosher washes tankers that already hold kosher status so they keep it. A tanker that is not yet kosher can only become kosher through a kosherization wash done under Aleph Kosher supervision, on request. Every kosherization wash is documented with a dated, signed Aleph Kosher certificate.
Kosher truck wash station finder
Stations with active certification will be listed in the Kosher Truck Wash Station Finder (in Spanish: Buscador de Lavaderos Kosher de Cisternas). Carriers: always ask the station for the Aleph Kosher wash certificate for your unit.
